Jim C. Roemer

Jim Roemer has resided in the Rogue Valley since 1995.  He has practiced architecture for over twenty five years and is a registered architect in Oregon and California.  He is a partner in the Medford firm of Ogden Roemer Wilkerson Architecture, AIA. Prior to moving to the Rogue Valley, Jim practiced architecture in Southern California and Western Pennsylvania. 

Through his professional career, Jim has made his expertise available to a wide range of non-profit organizations, governmental agencies, school districts, and hospitals.  He is especially committed to sustainable building design, historical building preservation, and sensitive handling the interface of the built environment with the natural surroundings of Southern Oregon.  He is a member of the US Green Building Council, a past officer of the Southern Oregon Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, a member of the International Code Council, and he serves on the Bear Creek Master Plan Committee.  Locally, Jim's firm has designed projects for non-profits: ACCESS  Food Share, Southern Oregon Head Start, and Kids Unlimited, Ashland & Medford YMCA's; local governments: Medford and Jackson County; and all of the regional school districts and medical centers. 

Jim received his architectural degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
